Not a lot of progress yesterday. All the little things take forever. I’m just happy that I can sit in it and pretend I’m driving. Haven’t hit any trails yet but I won a few drag races. Lol
I’ll get right on that...
What's the list of things needing buttoned up at this point?
I’ll make a better list but this is what I can think of right off the top of my head in no particular order.
1. Shock towers/hoops
2. Front and rear shocks
3. Rework spring packs and shackles
4. Mount battery
5. Mount fenders and grill trim fenders
6. Lockers front and rear
7. Driveshafts
8. Pinion guard
9. Antiwrap bar in rear
10. Wiring and lights
11. Receiver hitch
12. Front bumper
13. Fix my hood (it’s fiberglass)
14. Swap tires onto beadlocks
15. Clean and paint rear axle
16. Spray entire truck (raptor liner)
17. Finish up interior
18. Brace frame and finish steering
19. Ram assist
It’s a long list of mostly small simple things, but there are a few bigger jobs left before it’s on the road. I just don’t want to rush it and be chasing little things for a year. I know there will be some things that surface, but I want to avoid every issue that I can.
That’s a hefty list but nothing you can’t accomplish easy enough!
