Levers are easy; you get two 14mm box-end wrenches from your local tool store.

Springs are tougher; my local *good* car parts place had a selection of throttle and clutch return springs. I can give you approximate dimensions and maybe even a Dorman number for the ones I'm using, which are dang close to original.
