78 Chevy Cab Mount Question

Hello,

I have a 78 chevy short box that I am rebuilding. When I pulled off the cab, I tossed out all hardward (sleeves and washers).

Since then, I have bought a performance accesories 3" lift and an Energy Suspension body mount kit. However, I am missing the sleeves and washers. Does anyone know where I can buy just the sleeves and washers? Alternatively, does anyone have a set I can buy? Even just the name of someone who sells them separetly would be awesome.

Thanks. I looked into LMC Truck and found the various parts. They are so simple and ended up being like $100 for 2 spacers, 2 sleeves, and 2 washers after shipping up to Canada. However, I bought them as I simply cannot find them up here.
