****.. I'm quickly falling behind the curve here with my measly 37's and a lowly posi in the front..... Gonna have to do some mixing it up soon.
Installed the locker last night. Went really smooth until it was time to put the springs in. That was a pain in the ASS!
Luckily, I was able to pull the pin without it hitting the ring gear so I didn't even have to take the carrier out to intall the locker.
Got half my order from ORD. Still waiting on the crossover and a diff cover from DIY4X.
Anyone want to buy a 4.56 geared 8 lug Dana 44 with new bearings, seals, and a raised steering arm?

I did not. From what I could tell the axle tubes looked dry so I was going to just run it.

Meh, I would have replaced them while I was in there. I have no such luck with the "looks ok" philosophy. Always backfires, good luck.

I have a 4wd one, (I know its not 2wd, but easily fixed) that you can have, as I just tripped over it and am tired of looking at it.
The truck probably sits an inch higher in the front now, which is about perfect cause it had a slight rake before.
Still have some work to do though.
Hook up brakes
Switch steering boxes
Hook up steering
Bleed brakes
Install DIY4X HD diff cover
Then go play!
