Damn. I wish I had read this manual before I committed to my caster on this new axle.

I am getting an alignment on Monday and I'm eager to see what it says. I welded the C's on at ~6 degrees from zero at the spring pad.
I visually want to shim it a couple but I dont want low caster numbers.

Nitty gritty, what's it like running 4 degrees on a truck?

Thanks

Meh, I see stuff running 3.5-4.5 all the time. I wouldn’t sweat it.

Mines at 6-7. It’s the best lifted driver I’ve been in
Old K5 was 4*, it’d death wobble if anything was slightly out of whack

Death wobble? In a chebby? Never! That’s for chrysler crap!

I run 7 degrees in the dodge on 37s with no stabilizer. I like the way it drives. Little heavier than it was at 4 or so.

For the k30 I dont want a stabilizer or a hydraulic cylinder lol. I'm probably overthinking it because it just looks like it needs it.
