There's specific year cherokee's your looking for too, take a look at that thread I linked.

Let's see. Gas in relation to springs. (Needs skid plate. Floor Jack is being a POS so I jacked with my HiLift to remove tire. Apparently my front driveline needs lengthened. This is good & bad. Good, she is nice & flexy, bad, I was hoping it would work as is. Now that I'm lenthining it I'm going to go ahaid & move the axle & inch forward. Alright, been threw a lot of threads here lately. Sometimes I can go dozens of pages without ever seeing the rig I'm reading about. So..... There she be. In case you forgot. I think I may name her Charlote. She's a pig, & I have had 2 big spiders making killer webs in & around her for the last month.

What do you all think about my rear shackle angle? The truck is only going to get heavier. Are the DIY4x flip & switch brackets made for a longer than 52" spring?

Put you tank above the frame like I did. Well attach it to the top of the frame like I did. Mine is a Blazer tank also. With a bit of work the stockish floor would fit in over the top of it.

Like the build, like the rear fenders, I had thought about going that way.

Bring it to Blazer Bash next Sept. Would be a fun wheeling rig.

I'd love to make Blazer bash! How far into your thread is your tank install? Mine is all the way up against the floor, it can not get any higher without mounting it in the box. It is a 32gal tank.

Page 38 is where I started doing the mounts. I also flipped the tank so the fill is on the drivers side

Hmmm, there seems to be a lot more room between your floor & frame than I have. You must have some body lift. I just don't have any room to take it higher without cutting out my floor.

Ruffstuff cover right? What diameter tie rod? How much clearance do you have between the tie rod and cover at full lock?

Very very little. I'd have to measure. I only had an hour & 20min to work last night.

1.5" ORD tie rod. Ruff Stuff cover. I may have to use a peice of tube to box a relief into the cover for clearance. Something was bottoming out before I got to lock last night, it was not the tie Rod though. May be the steering gear needs centered a little better. Just ran out of time. Once it travels to full lock I'm guessing the tie rod will be touching the cover.

I ran offset tie rod ends from the beginning because I assumed it would hit based on another member's build notes. I have a set of regular one ton TRE's that I would rather use before I mount the ram hence the reason why I asked. I guess I could adjust the stops as well....

Adjusting the stops will be a last resort option. Big truck + tight trails are going to have me wanting the best turning radius I can get I'm sure. Looked like I had plenty of room for tires. I did not know they made offset tie Rod ends. I'll use what I have & do what I can then call it good,,, till something breaks.
