8 lug wheel extensions or dually adapter for 14 bolt.

I need to extend my rear wheels out give or take about 4"on each side to match my dually dana 60 front axle. It is a K30 SW rear axle. This is to run Hummer beadlock rims. Anyone have any extensions or dually adapters? Thanks.
