My guess would be for some kind of dash lights, which would be cool.
Actually, the switches are for a safety lockout for remote start.
I didnt like the options for doing it on the manual trans.
There are 3 in total, 1 on each tcase and one on the parking brake. All three would have to be activated for the remote start to work.
Very clever. Huge switches for a safety circuit, but overkill is good.
How is this thing going now? Have you thought about the topper yet?
Hey Cyber... or is it Kurt?
I have been following this thread for awhile... and I have always wondered... Have you thought about making that frame like a 1 ton frame? I’m thinking about building a short bed crewcab, but I don’t want to half up a good 1 ton frame.
I’m looking for a mall crawler type of build... that can go into the woods with my family. It may even end up with some simple coil spring setup from a different brand of truck. 4-6 inch lift. Most likely 35’s. My K10 never makes the cut on weekend trips since it is isn’t big enough to haul all of my troops with me. It may “pull” some duties for towing an occasional car or utility trailer.
Any thoughts or way a heads would be appreciated!!!

Pretty much. Have acquired some pieces.Holy chit been a while...
Being busy as you've been, I assume this thing is still in the same condition it was ? Lol.
Yep, I found it occupying a dark corner of the shop.Holy $hitballs.
I would of bet money someone else bumped it, but it was the man himself.
Did you find the real rig too or just the virtual one?
Good to see you back, Kert!Pretty much. Have acquired some pieces.

Racing season is coming to a close. Got a retro mod just about to leave the building. That should help with the time.
