Turns out, I have a hard time working on my stuff when a customers stuff is close by. Some brake line fitment issues corrected. Started tear down and powder coat on a bunch of items. Firewall forward is coming apart now. Gotta pause for a fan and shroud issue.

Make sure it’s good to go, then pull it and start in on cab removal. Front bumper is off and headed for powder. For now, only satin black powder being applied. Largest being the core support and inner fender wells. Got some body color matching powder to test. Orange trim color parts are piling up. Trying not to have to change colors to many times.

Less losing parts and hardware. I’ll cling wrap it when it’s all together. Other small parts getting powder.

I did some powder mixing on for really lucky on the first shot. 25% gloss black mixed with the color that was supposed to match. The small round plate is the color I’ve picked out.
