Ok im looking to see what you guys think this things worth to sell it. I dont use it anymore and it just sits....everyone here has jeeps and id have to stuff it down the trails, im not ready to destroy it...

body :

It started as an 83 shortbed with a 4sps/208 and 10 bolts. Its silverado, has pwr windows/locks etc, air is not there to hook up. I changed the doors and fenders to clean straight ones from the junky. I did rockers, floor pan and cab corners a few years ago also precision acces body lift installed. All sprayed in satin green krylon. The front has older warn cutouts and the rad support was changed to a 91 suburban. The bed was changed to a 95 stepside since the old one was pretty rotted, bushwacker extenda fender were added too. Warn front bumper modified for 3 inch body lift and painted with black hammerhead. No rear bumper tho, a 4 inch 1/4 wall piece of square tubing added in the rail and 1/2 inch plateswelded in for superduty tow hooks.

Axles :

The rear is a 76 14bolt full floater with a detroit locker, ruffstuff brake kit and 456 gears. The locker and gears are from an 86 m1008, all new rotors, pads and calipers

The front axle is a 1986 dana 60 welded diff with 456 gears, 35 spline yukon stubs and warn 35 spline hubs. New bearings/rotors and pads. The king pins were redone with a spicer kit from east coast gear supply. Both sides had wheel bearings changed too.

Steering :

Hydro assist with a 2.0 trail gears ram and hydroboost pump with reservoir, ems offroad box cap with 3/8 lines. Skys draglink with virginia 4x4 tall steering arm on the 60.

Trans/case/shaft :

The trans is an sm465 from an 80 one ton with a 205, 10 spline. New premium napa clutch. A 86 bell was used so it has a hydro clutch and slave.
Both shafts are 1350 tattons shafts, the rear is a slip yoke and the front is a 12 inch cv slip shaft

Tires/wheels :

tires are pretty close to new tsl 39.5/15/15s on eaton 15x10s

Suspention :

Front is alcan 53 inch springs with 6.5 inch shackles, fush moved back and poly bushings with 9/16 bolts and rancho rs 9000 9 ways with 14 travel, 6 up and 8 down. Also has diy4x shims to set the castor.

Rear is a diy4x shackle flip with 6.5 shackles and a 2.5 pack with a leaf added to level it out. Also rs 9000 9 ways with 14 inch travel.

Motor :

1974 350 4 bolt main, high nickel block. Bored .040, decked, line honed and all internals are balanced. .220 domed pistons and a 515 lift cam, arp bolts and studs, proform high volume water pump. Power master 2.5 hp starter, refinished flywheel. The heads are bow tie angle plug with 2.055 valves. Its 12:1 comp. rpm highrise intake. Summit 7 qt pan, melling high volume pump. Diesel radiator all redone and electric fan installed

Fuel delivery:

x450 propane carb with a woodward vaporizer, all new lines and power valve. 2 alum 10 gallon tanks and a steel 8 gallon.

Any ideas on a price...? I have no idea what to ask with the economy the way it is.

i would ask about $6500 for it if was mine and go from there and i wouldnt take much less than $4500 your best bet would be to put it on ebay and see what it does .

Its definately done up right. Its really gonna depend on how people like the stepside setup and the propane. I really like it, but I know alot of people who dont care for stepsides. Id say its worth every penny of $7000, prolly got double that into it. But with the market, who knows, nobody really wants to buy trucks anymore with gas, and I know around here propane went up alot since last year.

Was a choice for propane since it is a 12.5:1 motor, race gas is super expensive, propane here is still cheaper that buying regular unleaded gas. If you shift it at normal rpms it gets around 10mpg on the road, on the trails the 2 ten gallon tanks last all day. Now thats not leaving it idle long when you stop. Prob start i guess at 6500. and work my way down...if it doesnt sell that will give me a reason to start using it...lol

Also forgot a few things, there is a set of headman headers with 1 5/8 flow tubes and 3 inch collectors connected to 3 inch pipe and thru flowmaster super 44s. The tail pipes in the pics were cut shorter and less noticeable. The seat is a custom bench with headrests and a fold down center console, new carpet was installed a few years ago also. Fresh oil change with vr1 20-50, k&n filter and bg zinc additive.

There is more...lol

Thankyou...lol...I have alot of time in it and quite a few years. I run it around once a week just to drive it. Its only for sale here, I didn't put it anywhere else.
