Definately interested in this one, I want to see how you intend to protect that underbody.

Not sure what you mean by protecting the underbody? The Chassis Coat that was applied after the POR15 should offer the needed protection.

After a long wait for enough free time I have got the axles sandblasted taken completely apart and ready for paint. Hoping to have the paint completed by the end of the weekend.

Out of curiosity, what kind of sandblaster/compressor did you use? I have a sh!t load of stuff I want to blast (almost as much as you did)...

The sand blaster is a bad boy blaster the one they sell for around $400 and the compressor is a maxum that supplies 27cfm at 90psi. THe most important thing I have found is to run a high quality water seperatot.
