I've got a Jeep (blasphemy, I know) that I can run in the meantime.
I just got a 4L80E, have a doubler set-up, and the 64s... Compushift for the 4L80E and a decision on the front springs and it will be go time. Still trying to figure out the best way to match up the 5" lift 64s.
-2.5" shackle flip, HD 6" shackle, and the 64s paired with some 6" TCs up front or
-stock rear shackle/hanger and the 64s with some 52s up front I have ready to go.
I'm wondering whether the second option would have enough shackle to articulate enough or if the shackle flip is the key to articulation. 4"-5"s of lift is all I really wanted but 6" would make fitting 39.5s easier. Any thoughts on this Muddy since you have some experience with the springs? Thanks.
the more I learned about Wheeling, the more I liked Chevys, specifically the CUCV.
