im getting the cage ready to go in next week after i put in the herculinar, still need seats, drivelines, 2wd ps box, and brake lines. Hope yall enjoy

looks good!

That anti wrap bar hangs pretty low.

I know on my rig i would be hitting that thing all the time

if it will fit, i will switch the shackle to hang up insted of down. Thanks for the help

that would be ideal.

any pics of how you moved the front rear spring hangar and how it fits with the body mount? thinking of 63s on my rig

no but i can take some for you tomorrow, the fronts were a little trickey, i used DIY4X $20 adjustable spring hanger and bolted it to the existing body mounts, i just cut the hanger part off and used the DIY4X rear hanger and moved it forward.(old ones still there just not in use). as for the rear, used the shackle flip, used the old rear holes as the new fronts and drilled new rear holes, did the same with the rear front hanger. make since sorta?

picked up a 60 today, the guy i bought it from is AWESOME! he owns a axle and gear shop south of salinas ca as well as a fab shop. He builds some sick stuff, from custom buggys to race cars. he has 6 used 60s to choose from, tons of cool stuff around there. it was like walking through a candy shop for a little kid. Found a 89 ford f-250 he just a cummins swap on, saw his personal 2009 dodge 2500 with all the goodies, his show trucks. its was a good day. tomorrow i will do some clean up on the axle.
Build plans

1. blasted and powder coated
2. New SRW hubs and rotors
3. Drive flanges (suggestions on brand?)
3. u-bolts and plates from WFO
4.WFO heavy duty steering arm and adjustable kingpin screws.
5. ARB front diff cover

if i have anything left over, a Eaton e-locker

that sounds good, the locker will have to wait but the drive flanges will be soon on the list. Got a phone call today and im getting a raise of $1.00 more an hour. that should help a little with the build.

Solid looking build man, I'll be keeping an eye on this thread. Is that guy selling all those 60s? What's he asking for them if so?

do drive flanges just butt up to your wheel bearings? and anyone know where i can buy a dana 60 tool to remove this: pic from pirate
