84' K30

I have an 84' K30 to sell. 454/465/205 D60/14bolt,4.10's. The motor needs a timing chain as it jumped off. Has about 80k on current motor. Truck has 225K one owner miles. Body is beat but there is no rust at all I can find. With new doors and fenders it's be a good rig. No box. A/C,tilt,CB,ect. New starter and alternator. Tranny was rebuilt a couple years back. $1800obo

So the motor is 100% a-o.k if it get a new timing chain?
