basically a stock but rebuilt Gen6 with a custom roller cam 235/237 .578 lift l. 3/8 pushrods by Chris Straub. 1:7 Roller rockers, guideplates, stainless valves and comp valve springs. Edelbrock air gap, Hedman long tubes, HEI and a 800 quadrajet

Added this today. Looks good to me.
I took about 4 degrees of timing out, maybe that will cure the dieseling when warm.

Worked out pretty well but it took some trimming and adjusting to get it exactly right.

Few upgrades. Between a lumpy cam and a bbc and some pretty rowdy exhaust this thing was in need of some sound deadening.
put 50mil kilmat on floors and doors, 80 on back wall and 80 mil on the roof. It’s every bit as quiet now as my 18 GMC.
I scored some custom wrapped door panels, used almost new blue carpet and custom headliner and other bits from a guy changing to brown interior.
