For sale or trade for early 90's GM f-body, or notchback mustang... ROCK BOTTOM PRICE OF $4200! Someone better buy this thing!

danclimbing.jpg

I'm looking for a quick sale SO, $4200 for the entire rig, and $1700 (paid $2200 brand new March '03) for the trailer. Add a little for delivery within 300 mi. Entire package for $6000!!! /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif

Here's all I can think of right now, I'm sure I'll add more later:

*1986 Chevy K5 on 6"+1" lift
*Very clean truck, little to no rust on the body at all
*1991 Chevy 350, with 5000mi on professional rebuild
-runs strong
-includes EFI system which was pulled from the '91 complete with VSS.
*Th400/NP203/NP205 doubler
*1410 Yokes and new driveshafts with .250 wall 3" tube with Spicer ujoints
*Dually Dana 60/70, the 60 has a lockright, 35 spline yukon 4340 stubs and solid spicer ujoints, the 70 is welded. 4.10s. Brakes were recently gone thru this spring when I did the hummer upgrade. I think I can even dig up the SRW front wheel hubs if desired. Drive flanges in the 60.
*Rancho 5012s on all 4 corners, fronts have Ford towers.
*Hummer rims running 42" TSLs with about 50-60% thread remaining. These rims are coated in POR 15. I've got the USA6x6 PVC locks installed. A very slow leak exists in the passenger rear... to the tune of a 10psi loss over 2 weeks time.
*WTO hydro assist (1.75" ram)
*ORD box brace
*Rockstomper crossover steering
*8 point cage, runs thru the dash and hugs the ceiling.
*OBA! York 210 mounted, but still needs install (I've got most the parts already on hand)
*radiator.com 4 core rad.
*mechanical fan & ford electric fan with elec. thermostat sw.
*Large tranny cooler
*ORD: front shackles, 1" body lift and poly body mounts.
*Newer 3" exhaust thru a single factory catalytic (probably could pass emissions, although I've never tried!)
*stainless brake lines
*Borrego rear flips with heavy 6" shackles using 57" ford springs... which need to be replaced.
*Custom bumpers by BIGJ
*Toybox offroad sliders

MUCH MORE! Just give me time to think. pics available. Serious offers only please, and since I'm asking bottom dollar, please try not to low ball me too badly.

Trailer:

*7000# load master with electric brakes
*18' with a 2' dove
*newly installed diamond plate fenders!
*tool box installed on the front of the trailer
*pics available on request

More to come tonight. Thanks for looking.

*edit* of course we need to talk about the trans that needs replacing. I've got a new case for it already, but the hard parts still need to be moved over from the old to the new case. When I was out last time, I cracked the TH400 case on a hill climb.

I found a nice little shack in Peotone, check out the pics:

I'm sure my truck won't sell real fast anyways... so we'll see. Maybe it will make it to ebay. Brent - did you put yours on ebay? What did it get up to?

Re: OMG - 86 Chevy Blazer FS (potentially)

Can you give me some more details on the trailer? What are the axles rated at? 3500 lbs each?

Also, I got to ask since I didn't read it anywhere. Are you willing to part the K5? I would be interested in the hummer rims...

Re: OMG - 86 Chevy Blazer FS (potentially)

Daniel-

The trailer has axles rated at 3500# ea, one is a braking axle. It has a bulldog hitch, breakaway box, and 7' ramps that store under the dove tail. The new fenders have been driven on once since installation, and they really work well in comparison to the original fenders! /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif

As for parting the truck... I can't get myself to do that just yet... I'm going to try to sell it in one shot if possible. Perhaps if I get more desperate I'll look to part it out. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif

I might be interested in the trailer in the near future. Let me get back to you on that. /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

Re: OMG - 86 Chevy Blazer FS (potentially)

If I could sell the trailer... I could possibly save the K5... /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif

Re: OMG - 86 Chevy Blazer FS (potentially)

I should have just held out when I bought the 454. I could have had your whole rig for what I have in mine plus a doubler /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Re: OMG - 86 Chevy Blazer FS (potentially)

Yea, thats whats hard to tell people who are looking for a truck. Hell, I spent $3500 on this K5 as a rust-free rolling chassis when I first got it. Now look what I have spent! It hurts just thinking of all the $$$$$$ thats in this thing. Long story short, this truck is priced to go - and is going to be one helluva deal to anyone looking for a sweet trail rig! /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

Re: OMG - 86 Chevy Blazer FS (potentially)

You honestly think selling it is worth the small dent it will make in the house payment?

Re: OMG - 86 Chevy Blazer FS (potentially)

Its not about the down payment - I've already got some equity in my current house. I need the cash for lawyers, inspectors and earnest money. /forums/images/graemlins/deal.gif

I know it sounds crazy. I'm really hoping to just sell the trailer, so I can get SOME cash and then I'll purchase a new trailer later when I have more $$$. /forums/images/graemlins/hack.gif
