Located in eastern CT, I have for sale, a fully restored 86 k20, powered by a 5.9 cummins turbo diesel engine, backed with an nv4500 trans, and np241 t-case. Has not seen a salty road since body off restoration several years ago. This truck is not quite show quality, but looks great, runs and drives great. Heres the specs.
-Engine, tranny, t-case, intercooler all out of a 94 dodge
- 200k on engine, dowel pin has been checked and secured
-tranny shifts perfect
-3.73 14 bolt FF rear with eaton limited slip, ford dana 44 front axle
-3" off turbo, opens up to 4" right past the bellhousing
-engine mounts, crossmember, and clutch hydraulics from scott at TN diesel
-315/75 r16 pro comp x-terrains on M/T aluminum wheels 75% tread
-dark green single stage paint, a few dings from using as a truck should be used
-dodge bench seat with fold down console
-hitch and brake controller
-86 k10 cab and title
-77 k20 frame and rear axle
-4" front springs
-2" blocks with new heavy duty springs in back
-tows and handles awesome
-averages about 18-20 mpg
I have a long list of other things I could rattle off, but you get the picture. I am a professional master mechanic by trade, and built this truck for myself several years ago. The only reason I am selling is because I have a family now and am building an 84 k30 crew cab with similar specs to haul the camper and the race trucks. I drive this truck everyday in warmer weather (put it away before the salt hits the roads, and don't take it back out till there cleaned up), I have been all over the northeastern U.S. with it
and wouldn't hesitate to take it anywhere.
I am from eastern CT and may be able to arrange delivery for a nominal fee. I am asking $11,500. PM me if interested and I can e-mail some pics.
Thanks, Matt
