Just a small 2 bed 1 bath house on the other side of town. It was our first house. It didn't sell, so we rented it out. Now we think of it more as an investment, so we aren't going to try to sell it. Eventually it will pay for half of the mortgage of our current house.

The renting has worked out great. The people we have in there now are taking great care of it. They are friends of friends, which works perfect. You can hold them accountable, but you know too many people to get screwed.
