This is not a dedicated trail rig, but does trailer to the destination usually. I am currently in the planning phase of doing a 52/56" spring swap, and getting back to being more road worthy.

The one tire I put air in is holding strong at 10psi.

Borrowed a small roofing compressor to air up the others since my big one crapped out a couple weeks ago.

Checked this tire this morning and it was down to 6psi. Time to break out the soapy water bottle. :doah:
 
You replace the o rings?
Replaced? No.

But I did stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night.

But no really, I inspected them. They looked really good. The only thing I didn't look over were the 2 piece valve stems. I'm going to pull those apart tonight.
 
Started the tear down and rebuild of the front end. Doing one side at a time as to not mix up bearings and lockout parts.

Any idea how to get a broken grease zerk out?

An extractor, or drill it carefully and then run a tap into the hole to clean up the threads once it's out.
 
These seals at the base of the king pin, dust seal or more important than that?
