here is my new toy.
so here is what I got so far:
5 tires on the way
rear 6" lift springs (gonna take the fronts off the blazer)
got the wheels for 300 when I picked it up he took them off another truck, all I nedd it one more wheel for the spare.
now what it needs still:
6 shocks for a 6"lift (180 for es1000's pro comps off ebay)
new windsheild
new water pump, it's leaking from the weep hole.
fix the exhaust, it has glass packs and one pipe is broke right infront of the pass side glas pack.
set of plugs and wires and prolly a rebuild kit for the carb
basic tune up.
so might be a couple weeks before I start drivin it around, got to put the lift on and fix the water pump, and do the tune up. But to do the lift I got to find a set of tire to put on the blazer when I take the lift off so I can still drive it around. Dont think the 35's will fit when the lift is gone. Also does anyone know if I can put the 56" burb rear springs on the blazer? figure it will work and lift the back about 2"??
So when they put the temp tires and wheels on (33/12.5-16.5) they rubbed like a bitch on the runnin boards could barly turn. Needless to say I took those of right after the pics were taken. Had to move it out of the wifes parking spot before she gets home.
oh well here are the pics of it as it sat right when I got it home
Oh and it has a 8 lug SF14bolt, TH400 trans and NP208 T-case. Well thats about it for now, gonna strt workin on little stuff soon!
