This might be a stupid question, but what does a shackle flip really do? I know it lifts somehow, but I'd kinda like to see some before and after pictures with no tires... Might make more sense.

Thats interesting... I wouldn't expect them to be that close in price... The claw is like 5 bucks more? And as for those, I've had the discussion with rims and I believe I've been told that 12.50's are a little wide or tight with no lift? How much do you have?
And for the record, I'm not exactly sure what zero rates are either...
Its i guess called an add a leaf, but in my opinion its a block. They are on ORD.com Its like a one inch block, but they say its not..... idk lol

Go with the MTZ radials. My buddy has the 33s on his Jeep TJ and they're damn good tires. Lots of siping so they drive nice in slick conditions while meanwhile throwing mud with aplomb.Im stuck between deciding on these lol. Same price, idk which one i like more.

Im thinkin the Claws at the moment, but idk. They are wider, which is what i want.
Ditch the quad shocks. Just get a good quality front shock in the normal position up front. Something monotube and nitrogen filled. The quad shocks only came around because back in the 70's-80's shock technology was still stone age and they couldn't adequately control the weight up front. No lift, gonna do a zero rate all around im thinkin, my dads burbon had 33's and no lift and only rubbed a small amount at a tight turn. So i think 1" will be ok and hopefully i can keep my shocks, seeing i have quads up front and 6 shocks are expensive....

Claws are dated and frankly never worked great in the mud.

I'm going to get the GT Radial MT's in the 305/70R16 size. I just got a deal on two spares of the same type but in 285/75R16. Same type of tire I've had on it since '09, only a bigger size. I've loved them so far but kicked myself for not going bigger. The price is great too. Probably going to get them from the Ken Towery store over towards your place.
They're basically a 33x12.5R16. Dimensions vary a bit with them usually being slightly taller and narrower than your average 33x12.5R15.
They aren't fancy big name tires but I tell ya what, they work.
