So its a manual latch?

Might find a way for it to latch when you close the door. Have a panel push teh latch as it closes.

na its easy, ive had latches like this on my last set of tube doors, real simple and smooth,

I like the idea of the rubber so the darn thing is not going to make noice or look a little cheesy like the gate latches or the slide up and over latches:tongue1:

I also like that when the body flexes, its not going to bind at the door bending the hinge and leaving it un-operable...Seen some do that.

i have arizona powder coating on washington do all of it,

I have been going there for for 6 years, nice people, fair prices. I also have used extreme powdercoating a month ago, as well as mesa podercoating and media blasting.

I would recomend them all.

he should have some pics up in the next few hours or tomorrow.. we worked on it all day pretty much but didnt make much progress due to a broken Pressure plate bolt (Dumb me forgot to turn 3/8 impact on low and its a IR titanium so it snapped one like butter, I normally use this impact on full for newer cars and trucks and have never broken one, maybe it was stronger because of the more air pressure at the shop were working at :eek1: ), anyways, the 465/205 is cleaned up and ready to be put in but due to a worn seal on the lift were using we couldnt move the truck.. , should be able to kick some butt this week though.. Nate :D
