Easier to just do the shackle flip at this point. It'll ride better anyways and returning those springs should pay for the flip and some wobbly pops.

Beautifull.

Took half a day to get the left side on but both side's are on. The biggest pain in the ass was having to notch one of the rear crossmember's to get the DIY bracket to fit on the top inside of the frame rail. Had to enlarge the two rivet holes on the bottom part of the frame rail, other than that it went on flawlessly. I'll have to grab some hardware tomarrow to get the springs and the EZ inch's on but should be done tomarrow hopefully tomarrow.

I'll be running 35" bgf's on 16.5. I think the gear ration is 4.10 stock but i'll confirm it when I swap the pumpkin cover and change fluids. The shocks will be Rough Country Nitro 9000's.

Finally and it's lifted. I'm impressed with how it came out allthough the back sits a bit high but I added a leaf when I put the EZ Inch in.

The pics are kinda crappy, Ill get some better one's tomarrow. I just need to finish tightening everything up and install the B&M shifter and some other minor things and I should be ok. I still have to mount the T-Case shifter and align it right and getting the load compensator figured out but I think that should be the only two issue's with finishing it and getting it running. Shocks look great on there and the brake line is too short.. which sucks but I'll get a longer one from ORD.

Got the flexalite fan mounted and the front body mounts cinched back down. Tomarrow I'll have to trim part of the front calipers to get the brake lines to fit. Still have to take the bed off and get the fuel tank squared away. Still need to mount the shifter and take care of the rest of the inside. Hopefully tomarrow after everything gets checked and rechecked i can fire it up and drive it around the yard a bit. The driveline angle looks dam near perfect with the shackle flip though. Axle points straight at the t-case and it should'nt bind at all but we shall see. I'm kinda stoked to see how the transmission shifts with the megashifter.

Finally got the calipers ground down and the brake lines fit good. Just got done bleeding the brakes and everything works good. Installed the B&M shifter and got that hooked up. What a pain that was. Have a few more minor things to do tomarrow. Biggest issue right now is the oil pressure gauge reading at 5'oclock position. When the key is turned off it reads 180 then when I turn the key it jumps to the 5 position??? Other than that it has good fluid and looks like I might be able to take it around the block tomarrow!

check to see if the sending wire is grounded out somewhere, or even hooked up to the sender at all.

Finally got the 35" BFG's mounted. They look small I think i need bigger tires...

As soon as I get over being sick then this will be installed.

slide your shackle flip forward an inch or so, it will lower it a little and give you a better shackle angle.

Finally got the heater installed and bought some 38's. Now i need to figure out why the dam truck wont start. The starter clicks but doesn't turn the motor over. It did free up alot of room though.

I need to buy the plenum box and some ducting soon.

Finally got it running and driving. I did notice the tie rod was bent a little so I swapped it out and now the dam truck won't start...
From the research on here it could be the ignition module. Ill replace that today but anyone have any other idea's as to the no start?

I did finally get it running and "finished" still haven't taken it out 4wheeling yet though. Had to rebuild the rear brakes and I still need to buy new drums but at $80 per drum its going to wait awhile. Somehow I did manage to blow out one brake line at the T fitting so I need to fix that. Need to track down some wobbling issue's and get a alignment done but it does run and drive! First time I started a project and finished it to the point i could drive it!

The back flexes beautifully, the front is stiff as hell and its one interesting ride...
