Thats some funny chit right there. So true. I am not getting them. I would have to dismount my 42" TSLs for the rims. I am going with 42" Rockers on some kind of beadlocks. I will use the TSLs for mud, The Rockers for everything else. And the 38" Toyo's im running for the street and will be swapped out for something else when I find a good deal.

Had a good weekend at home with the wife and daughter. Spent a little time well, a lot of time wiring up the winch. I used #2 welding cable. It was $2.00 a ft. and I got 25ft. Its rated at 600 amps at 25ft. Each wire I made is about 4ft. So, I should have no problems. On another thread Scott(4x4HIGH) was talking about using #OO cable for his batteries. I am going to do something close to that, Maybe #O. Anyways, I soldered the cables and I used about 300lbs of force trying to pull them apart and couldnt. Sweet!!

I also put on a different grille. I like it a lot better. Its the stock one.

I got all the cables done execpt the + to the battery. I need to pick up a master cut off switch. It doesnt need to be powered up all the time.

Did some swimming with the dogs.

Nice wiring, nice grill. I want one like that with the lenses because I have no place to put my front turn signals since they were in the OG bumper. I roughed 'em in the same as you did the plug on the winch for now.
You daughter is cute as a button.

I found a picture of when I was stuck on the minivan of Facebook. Random.

Its comming out of the input shaft seal. I pulled the seal out of my 4x4 box I had laying around. I am going to try and use this. If not I will just get another box.

Here is the seal from the spare box.

Jeff, the wiring looks great at the winch end, got any shots of the battery hookup.

I haven't figured it out yet. It's ticking somewhere. It under warranty, so I need to take it to the engine builder.

But first I need to fix my tranny. Its missing fluid up by Tue torque converter somewhere. The tyranny needs to come out I'm pretty sure. So, while its out, I might as well have it rebuilt.

It's one thing after another. Damm, I want to just wheel this thing, but something always comes up. I just need 10K and I could have everything done.

you'll just end up with bigger problems, requiring more money

good luck on everything, will it be to Gorman still?

This is something awesome to say:

"I found a picture of when I was stuck on the minivan of Facebook. Random."

The photo was pretty cool too. But just to be able to say that, pure awesomeness!

No, Gorman is out. Not going.to make it. I wish I could. Went a bought a HF tyranny jack today. Going to pull the tranny. Fun times. Hope I don't almost kill myself like kidjethro did.

Decision time. TCI tranny or have a local shop do it. Leaning towards local, they need the business, like alp small local shops. While its out, might as well get it rebuilt with some badazz parts.

ccarley, It shocked me when I saw the picture too. No wonder I had to climb out the window, that minivan was tall. I couldn't open my door. Never in a million yrs,did I think I would get my azz kicked by a minivan. Good times though.

Well, I saw Jason Payne's truggy this weekend. Ken, Jason's father invited me over to see the rig. I met his mother and father, Great people. Ken told me a couple hrs. worth of stories. Amazing!!! I never got to met Jason, But I sure wish I had. Ken is going to take me wheeling in the truggy next time he takes it out! :waytogo: R.I.P Jason! Hope your having a good time wheeling up there!

Here are some pics of his truggy.

It is a PITA to get it out. Should I take off the transfer case first and then the tranny, Or both at the same time? So far i got off the driveshafts and part of the transfer case.

Thanks!
