Today I Started My 87 5.7 TBI Jimmy For a Few things,,
I Fixed My Hunting Idle Issue,
It Had A New Intake Manifold Temp Probe
That Was Installed And never worked Well,
The Weather Pack Clips need a Little Masauging with
>>RadioShack Tunner N Control Aeresol can with Nylon brush!!
I did this while it was running ,, Clipped it back on ,,took Five secounds
Idle Stabiled,, Now it Idles fine,
Q:My Air Cleaner Has a Connection For a 5/8ths Hose to Air pump
>>EDIT; Pulse Air Injection Reaction (PAIR)System<<<
While running At Idle
The Hose Has No Suction ??
Just Warm Air Pulse's,, Coming from Divertor Solenoid/???
is this Normal ??

I found my Lost "Hayne's Manual (Diagnostic and Repairs)
and Found a "Answer"
During Deceleration With a TBI unit, it pulses Air Into Air filter Unit thru the Mesh Filter,,
while Keeping Back fires down,,
Also it Uses Clean air During off Idle and Acceleration to keep the one way Valve Clear and clean,,
