Nice looking unit:thumb: I have one from a 91 T/A that I'm going to put on mine. Coolest looking intake ever IMO.

You will need a higher pressure pump but I don't know a part number. I'd do an adjustable fuel pressure regulator too.

As for wiring, I know there were a few places making conversion harnesses, but what are your plans for the computer? I'm not sure if the factory TBI computer will work with MPFI:dunno:

I picked up the FAST EZ-EFI multi-port retrofit kit. It's self tuning and a standalone harness, so you literally just lay it out, plug it in and hook up some grounds. It's just an idea. Good luck with the swap, hopefully somebody else chimes in who can ACTUALLY answer some of your questions:doah:

an adjustable regulator would be cool since i need to drop the tank this weekend i can install the new intank and regulate it down until i get the tpi unit in..

U will need to change the ecm but I'm not sure of the number. Someone will know or use the search, it has been covered before

There are a few options for wiring.
1. Build an underhood TPI computer and wiring harness (1990/91 Corvette clone), more or less like the one pictured here that I built. (Excellent wiring skills required)

2. Rework the current harness TBI for TPI. (Excellent wiring skills required)

3. Contact a custom harness builder like: http://www.larryselectricsite.com/storefront/viewitem.php?productid=2

The TPI pictures posted are for a MAF sensor type TPI. I recommend getting a 9th injector (cold start injector) block off kit, and use a MAP sensor TPI computer like the kit offered by Larry's Electric.

Here is the video of the TPI system I built running the engine on an engine test stand.

Pass Smog?:dunno: That is a question for Larry's Electric.

If I had to pass smog, here is what I'd do.
1. Install a Vehicle Speed Sensor for TPI. The TBI is a different Vehicle Speed Sensor.
More info here on Vehicle Speed Sensors http://www.jagsthatrun.com/Pages/SpeedSensors_Speedometer.html

2. Install a TPI Knock Sensor. The knock sensor for TBI is a different Knock Sensor.

3. Read up on all the local emission laws including the fine print!

4. Make sure I had all the emission equipment original to the TPI working correctly. (EGR, CCP, A.I.R, CAT, and what ever else was used back then)
