'88 Blazer 2016 Changes. Not many....Yea.

Thanks, We'll see what happens tomorrow. His original quote was 1700.00 but I don't know all the goodies he had in mind. Other than I wanted it tough, feel it shift, and I never liked how it shifted since I owned it.

BTO is doing mine.... sunshell upgrade is a must on the 700's, corvette servo, good pump and clutches, etc....

Talked to the shop this morning and this is everything they had in mind, so I'm feeling better about getting what I'm paying for.

Will it's a light wheeler and a little bit of a mall crawler, but here's whats going in 2012. The tranny has been rebuilt last Nov. and I had to change my wheelchair lock in the truck because of the new suburban I'm finally driving. I also put new emblems on the truck, which I really like, as well as the rock rings. I'm not so sure about them but there growing on me, exspecially when the tops down. Over all I'm loving the transmission upgrades.. every shift feels good and solid and with the 4.10's it feels plenty powerfully.:waytogo: So what do you think of 2012 rendition. Oh yeah and Shady reworked my fenders so no more rubbing.

rock rings are sweet:waytogo: Trucks looks real good with the top down and them rings. I'm glad the fender massage did the trick. Just a sweet rig all the way around:bow:

Now:thinking: How about some pics of that new burb too. :D

Thanks for the compliments. I'm going trying and enjoy it this summer and hopefully gets some miles on it. Rick, I don't having any good pictures of the suburban, so I'm going to have to work on that.

Looks great :waytogo: love me some full verts  :pimp:

I like the rings, they go with the truck well :D

Looks great! It would look better at silver lake next to my junk...

Well, after years of having guys reach around the lift cylinders looking for a rope to yank the hood latch, just to find out someone needs to pound on the hood at the same time to get it to pop. Here's my solution.:D

I'm not to worried about the neighborhood and if someone wants under that hood they can do it pretty easy. The roof is off 80% of the time and I only use the softtop the rest.

TheBeast_88K5 I bought a hood release latch off a member on here and re-routed it to the grill (if you look close), and it is really handy for this truck.

I never liked the look of my stock bumper and contemplated for a couple years what to do and decided I like the stock push bar look. Makes it look a little tougher with out regretting an added push bar or bumper I don't like. I'm happy with this decision so far, and front tow hooks where added but there behind the plastic air dam:D
