88 CHEVY CC DRW 4X4 454tbi $2200

Had a guy offer to trade me a cummins engine, rebuilt tranny, and transfer case. Kind of ironic cause then I'd have the perfect engine for the truck I'd no longer have:doah::haha:

Not quite.
The truck I see here can NOT take a cummins.
It will be cheaper for you to trade this for the cummins, hold on to it in your shop till you have the space and the $$ to find a clean candidate to drop it in.
I don't think anyone is going to give you the $$$ you need after seing this.
I actually paid for a CC that had less rust than that $1650 and I felt I was screwed after I saw how much rust it had.
The frame is actually rock solid and I had a 4l80e/205 in that truck so it was worth the money in parts.
I say if the guy wants to deal do it.

The front part of the frame is still in factory paint. Not rusty at all. But the back is a little bad. The one brace that is shown is the only through rust in the frame. If I were to go ahead with my original plans the portions of frame that would be staying are fine. Unfortunetly I have a loan on it and can not trade for anything short of another whole running vehicle:confused:. Plus I dont have a shop or anywhere to store anything:doah:. I had thought of ripping the drive train out and storing all that for a future rig till I remembered those 2 things. Now I'm most likely stuck with this thing and will have to find tires for it, shorten it, and procede as planned. Problem is that I can not afford tires and rims for it with my other current projects still going. looks like its a yard ornimate and dump trip rig till a later date. Who knows it may still sell on CL:dunno: Thank you to all that inquired.

((sold))

a couple just came and bought it. got what i wanted and we're both happy.
