88 Crew Cab Dually 2wd to 4wd Build

I just registered my wife's 2013 Jeep Wrangler today. It was $300. My trucks are like $27.....

That's too bad, but you still have it, so that's cool.

My crewcab was about $125 this year in CO and I thought that was bad. I'd really be bitchin about $300!

Here in CA it's the weight fee that kills it.
A 1 ton has about $200 plus renewal fees and a 3/4 ton has $80 I think.
The 1/2 ton was $25 last time I had one.
That's why now I drive a sub not a crewcab.
I will be making my crewcab into an extended suburban and putting a blazer cap and then I can wave the weight fee and pay $85 a year.

That's why I love Iowa, the only reason my 06 Dmax costs $270 is because it's registered for 11 tons. My 95 7.3 Ferd has the standard 3 ton license (it weighs more than that :haha:) and costs me $35.
