power windows and power locks? also can i use the 73-80 style door panels on these doors?

They were power but the switches are gone from the left one, not sure about the internals. I was planning on cutting them down for half doors for a truggy project that I am currently selling out of. I am pretty sure the 73-80 panels would work but I can not swear to it.

Is the power window switch harness (the one that goes on the single window switch) still in the passenger side door? I really need that part since the PO of my K5 decided to cut it off and put spade connectors in there. It's fine if you don't want to cut parts out but I figured I'd ask.
