89-91 front clip wiring help

I'm at the point in my swap that I need to splice the harnesses together, the harness that came with my setup has 4 wires that have been cut out. Anyone know what went there?

The first pic is a solid red wire, and a solid white wire. The second pic is black and green wires.

The pink and white wire is for the windshield washer pump on 84-91's you won't need those as your washer pump is on the wiper motor.

The green and black wires appear to be horn wires.
