Mount the turn signals in between the upper and lower sets of lights. You could use something like the side lights off of a 79.

I was wondering what bulbs they were going to use. That is good to know. I am going to order mine this month. Did you just do highbeams or just low beams or both? AND... did you order the wiring harness as well?

i just ordered the low beams, as my high beams are good enough as is. Actually i just remembered i need to adjust them down some.

bulbs use the same wattage and voltage as the ones we're replacing according to the sylvania site. 4703 v. 9006xs

No i didnt get the wiring harness.

I have the Hellas and they are H4 bulbs. I don't know if these are the same or not.

are those housings all plastic?

says aluminum die cast in the lmctruck catalog.

They are much brighter and spread the light better though(at least from what i can tell). Vs. sylvania halogen sealed beams that were about 6months old.

to each his own, if you like this do it, but i would leave the solid bumper on it and drill holes between the top and bottom set and use led's and make an arrow pointing to each side and also make all 4 bottoms with low beams and all 4 top highbeam. i think it would look better if the trim around the lights where argent instead of black.

I've come to the conclusion that pretty much any change to the lighting system is an upgrade on these trucks so you'll still be doing good once you get the system that you're looking at.

DAMN!!! You beat me to it. I just looked at that last night and I am going to order it this week. I am also thinking about ordering a second whole kit and then removing the turnsignals and putting them into the bumper or something.

That would be AWESOME!!!

EDIT: Hey, does anyone see where it says what bulbs will go in those housing? Cause I want to put the highest quality bulbs I can get, like SilverStars or something but I need to know what bulb number... 9006??? or what???

EDIT AGAIN: It appears that if I were to go with the 8 headlight setup... I could then mount an 81-82 front bumper that would have the turn signals in the bumper. Hmmmm, this may just be the way to go.

If I were to not buy the bulbs through LMC for the 89-91 housings, and I were to say got to AutoZone or Napa, which bulbs should I be looking for?Or is the bulbs they sell good?
