I am lazily searching for Suburban third row seat belts. These years should have the shoulder belts instead of lap belts. The tan color is preferred. I would entertain other colors but tan is my target. The belt to the second row may be the same, I am not as well versed on suburbans like am K5s. I attached two pictures below reference.

I can tell you the second row is not the same.
Yeah I learned that from researching them. What I'm wanting to do or at least tossing the idea around is to fab up some brackets and use them for the rear passengers in the Blazer. That way I could have shoulder belts but keep the original seats because personally I do not think aftermarket seats look good in Blazers. I could run the top attachment point to the roll cage.

I am sure you can do that.
Custom is always an option

I've looked at the aftermarket kits for third row burbs with shoulder belts. It's the smartest route as far as money goes. The big thing I'm navigating now is trying to color match my front belts (81-87 Saddle Tan) since I already had them professionally refurbished and rewebbed. So I guess if get a set out of burb I could have them rewebbed and refurbished too but that gets pricey.

When I said custom I meant you customizing what is available to work for you. And using stock parts in customized ways is my favorite

Well, my heart's leaning towards using the Suburban stuff (and burning more money), so I think you'll like the end result if I go that route. I think it'll look really cool in a blazer tied into a roll cage. I really wish I didn't know those types of seat belts existed because I was pretty convinced I was going to run lap belts like normal.

That way if they go bad you can find a good set and just replace them
