I just bought an 89 tbi fullsize gmc jimmy v1500 (k5/ 1/2 ton).
I want to do a 4-6 inch lift and run 33" all terrains. I would prefer a 4 inch. I am having a hard time finding a suspension kit that comes with decent shocks and springs. I dont want blocks or u-bolt add a leafs. I want to completely remove the old springs and put new ones on that give it a lift. Also, strong shocks, possibly with resivors. Anyone know where I could buy something like that or do I have to fabricate myself? Also, no body lift.
