89 K5 sm465 swap issues

Ok I'm done with auto transmissions!!!

Here is the story and the issue...

I have a later 89 or 88 sm465 I already have bolted up. I have the 241c transfer case I already rebuilt it, and swapped in the correct input shaft. My issue is the transfer case adapter. I found what I thought is the right adapter and I still think it is as it bolts up to both but my transmission mount does not line up the the holes on the adapter. So what transmission mount do I need? I can't find any good pictures or details on the transferry case adapter. I am certain it's a stock piece. Just need a bit of guidance and wisdom on my issue so I can get it sorted out and back to driveable. Thanks in advance!

There's and 8ish" long iron adapter that's fig 8 on the SM 465 end and 6 bolt round pattern for the t case.

Is that what's missing?

I have the adapter it goes from the figure 8 and the 6bolt round and it's about that long but the bolt holes where it mounts the the transmission mount don't match my old 700r4 mount. Everything I can find is the 700r4 and the manual transmission mounts were the same.

You have the 84 and older adapter. You need the 85 and up adapter.
Or use that current adapter with an older flat crossmember and mounts.
