yeah, I have 3 91 crews ones a 2-wheel and the other 2 are 4-wheel there neat trucks the 4l80E is nice and I dont like Auto's

Umm, almost, but no. Burbs are the same for '73-91; the pickups did change for '88. See below.

I think the 4l80e uses a stand alone computer so that should keep problems really limited. Of course the popular choice around here is a nv4500.

stand alone is on the diesels only

NV4500 wasn't available until 93 so its not a "bolt in swap" you need to have the right bellhousing so you can clear the front d-shaft

Talking about the dually axles. can I replace the axles or do I have to do the whole rear end?
