91 electric mirror question

Whats was used between the mirror and window frame. looks like it must me some sort of double sided rubber. cuz the mirror vibrates like crazy without it
Then were do i acquire said pieces ?

Mine look like they're hard plastic gaskets. I doubt they're available at the dealer any more but the mirror assemblies are available via Dorman.
