92 K1500 Noise (suspension?)

Sup Guys,

I have a 92 Blazer 2-Dr K1500 with a noise, and I need a bit of help on spotting it.

I just had new tread and shocks installed, now when I go over any bump on the passenger side, I get a thump. I have crawled under and checked the shocks, they are tight. I looked at the shackles and the bushings are there, bit worn, but not missing. I cannot say this is a new noise or not, due to the fact that the old treads were cupped and made any chance of hearing this noise impossible.

Any Ideas.....

Just an update:

Took it to a friends shop, after some investigation.. looks like I have a bearing issue in the rear diff.... this is going to be expensive...
