92 Z71....got a question about the tranny

between 40-50...when the torque convertor locks up, i get a bad vibration. RPM's are about 1300. RPM's follow the vibration. is it a bad torque converter lock up signal?

same thing happens on my moms suburban. Was her torque converter. I used to work at a tranny shop and we had that quite often in the early 90's chevy tranny's.
