96 s10 blazer, 5.3L, built tons, 241/205 doubler, 42's proven solid truck

I keep going back to the fact that people who are really into this want the parts that you have more than anything. Even though this rig is beyond capable and just plain works in its current set up, a lot of people want to build it to the exact needs and enjoy that too.

Once again, if this thing gets parted, I call dibs on the tires (and maybe the wheels too for my oldest brother). You could take about 2 weekends and get just about everything pulled off it. In fact, if you need help, I would be willing to lend a hand to make it go quicker for you so you can get your money faster of the part out. Just let me know.

Post it on that Guys Gear Swap facebook thing. Its more Big Horn Basin stuff but does get some stuff farther. There were a few POS spring over YJs on there for your price the other day. Your rig is 11XBillion more than those were.

Yep guy just left with it. Younger guy out of kremling just getting into the sport. He's super excited and I was happy to sell it to him.
 
I might have left some $ on the table at $8500, but I'm really happy with not parting it out and seeing his excitement and knowing someone else will be getting hooked makes it worth it!

We are buying an investment property up in Winter Park. Closing July 10th. Will be setting it up as a VRBO, so we can use is a couple times a year too. Would like to be ready for another one a year from now. Some of the $ will be used for the land cruiser build too though.

Just watch out and be careful if there is an HOA. We have had a few VRBO properties pop up in our neighborhood and the HOA amended their rules to make them illegal to operate in our HOA.

The basic issue is that in a typical neighborhood situation VRBO's just don't fit in well. People on vacation wanting to party and have a good time don't sit well with people that live there and don't want to deal with the noise and revolving door of neighbors. I didn't have an issue with them and was one of 4 votes that would have allowed them to stay, there were more than 200 votes to make them go.
