!976 Blazer Driveline

I have a 1976 GMC Jimmy (same as a 76 Blazer) with a worn driveline.. The slipjoint has excessive play. It has a 12 Bolt rear and a 203 Case.. Can anyone tell me what year Blazer drivelines are interchangable and will a short bed truck driveline be the same... Thanks

Truck shaft wont work cause it is longer than yours. It could be cut down and made to work. Some parts stores can get reman driveshafts for factory applications. Just a thought.

New driveline

There is a local Diff. / Drive Line Shop,,,, $200 roughly for a complete balanced rebuild.. I was just trying to be cheap and maybe try to find a good used one in a junk yard. Thanks
