Went back to the ramp today to see what these Revolver shackles would do without my rear shocks limiting them. For this test, I unhooked the rear shocks from the bottom mounts and the fronts stayed connected. I also hacked my front fenders a little more. I first drove up the ramp foward and got a 892 (this would equal 1103 on a 20 degree ramp). My old score was a 714 so you can tell how much my rear shocks were limiting my flex. I then proceeded to drive backwards up the 25 degree ramp and to my suprise, it did much better with a score of 986 (20 degree=1219). This was with full air in the tires. Now I just have to get the rear shocks mounted correctly.

This is the right front wheel well. Yes, I do have 6" BDS front springs! Still rubbing the fender though.

The Revolvers cost $250 / pair. Metal Made Rite (makers of the Revolvers) and Teraflex will soon be teaming up so they may be cheaper through Teraflex. I don't think they would be beneficial in high speed dessert terrain. For that, I'd suggest the Rancho pre-runner springs which are really soft and Offroad Designs Shackle flip.

I forgot about Marv Springers Blazer. I like his custom rear shackles.

Here's another picture going foward.

Burt- I'll be sure to send you some dirty pics personally... Hey man, get your mind out of the gutter! I'm talking about the Blazer! I'll drink 2 for you bud!

James- Though it sounds like a great deal, I'll have to pass but I appreciate the offer! You should think about a used car salesman for a career. One question though... how will you get the beer?

BlazerGuy- Yes that is a KMA without the carrier. I'm going to have them make one soon.

Shawn, not much dirt (unless it rains) but lot of rock/trees. We can always slap some dirt on her though.
