99 M.P.H. shutoff on S-10/350 swap

Help! Got this 96 reg cab S-10, Just finished a 350tbi engine swap, its running great with a 5 speed manual tranny, however, when it hits 99 M.P.H. it shuts down. I tried unplugging the speedometer, did not work.
I know there is a way to get around this, anybody know how to do this?

I know that, but there is a way around it without having to buy a new pcm or reprogramming, I just can't remember. something 'bout one of the wires on the trans harness spliced into something
