Come on Mikey, we want to see pure Blazer pinup pics.:cool:

haha... hopefully this weekend. I’ve been sick for the last 6 days. Just starting to feel better today. I do have a bunch of parts laying around that need to find a home.

Anybody have a diagram of lines for hydroboost brakes, hydroboost steering , pump with an external resi?

Interesting. I don't think I've ever seen the teed return line setup before and I've had hydroboost for both gas and diesel. I've always run the returns from the hydroboost and gear box separately to the reservoir.

I think that is for running it with a pump with only 1 return line. At one point I was working towards that, but decided to replace the pump, so grabbed one with 2 returns.

Good point on the clamp. I seen that on AJ’s photos last night and I had forgotten all about that. I might be able to just chop the bottom of my plate off for the clamp.... or just order the damn adapter plate. Lol.
I would think that you should be able to just trim the hydro-boost mounting plate to give the clearance for the column clamp. If I recall correctly, I did so on mine. I may have trimmed the top of the clamp a little as well.
But you probably already thought of this.
:waytogo:

:sign17: Put the clamp on to see where you're at. You'll probably need to notch the corner on the booster bracket (to just over that unused hole) and then trim the column clamp.

Whats Facebook?????

It's where people who can't stand the difficulties of posting photos to CK5 threads go to do it easily and quickly.

I don't know if there's an update available for this forum software or not, but it SUCKS trying to share my content here. Even IH8MUD has a much better way to upload / add photos to a post....just drop them straight in where you want them.

.....and by the way, where's the 100 Posts-per-Page option?

Grabbing some lunch while the backhoe guy is digging my footings, so I have a second.

Pulled the frame out of the garage a couple of days ago and gave her a wash. Pushed the tub into the garage and hung it from the beams I installed in there years ago. Took off the rear wheels and pushed the frame under the tub and bolted everything together.

Just checked and I should have my master cylinder at home by the time I get there. Hopefully finish up the brake lines this weekend.

So Monday you should have pics of it in a Walmart parking lot?

Eh, probably not this weekend, but hopefully soon. I actually had my buddy over last night who’s a windshield installer. He got all mad at me when I said I needed a temp windshield installed for about a month, then it’s coming out again for paint. “That thing is like 8’ in the air.... and I have to do it twice” lol. I gave him another beer and al was forgiven. :D

@NorCal69 looking great. Nice progress on the Blazer.

thank you, Sir! :waytogo:

lol you should have seen the look on the Safelite installers face when he got here to install my glass.

That thing looks GOOD! I can’t wait to see it assembled and outside to really get a look at it.

I need another windshield installed too, maybe Ill put rollers on it and take off the front sheetmetal.
Mike is the guy that did your frame painting doing the body too?

Use that backhoe to scoop out 4 big holes for your tires.....

Drive in the holes to bury the truck up to the axles.....install the windshield at a reasonable working height...... drive out.
