High build primer is a heck of a milestone. Nicely done. Keep rollin’!

Very cool! This is something I wish I had done.

So if orange is the primary color, what color(s) will the cage / bumpers / etc be?
Cage is going to be black. Bumpers are the factory chrome ones with a little sumthin, sumthin behind them.
School bus yellow I hope!
No... lol

That's effing rad. Big day for sure. The truck looks great. Congrats on a major milestone in the build. The hard work is paying off for sure.

Thanks fellas. What a huge weight off my shoulders. I was literally sanding on the rig for a month doing the body work. I guess it was all worth it when I was standing next to my buddy painting it, he just finished the drivers quarter and he looked at me and said the body work was flawless. Big props for a carpenter doing body work for the first time. Lol

We took the day off today so we can flip over everything in the booth Monday. At that time the tub can sit back on the frame that I’m washing and loading up today. By Tuesday I can finish blasting the cage and throw it in the booth. Although I I’m not doing the console portion yet, the rest can go in. I still want to do some work to the seat cage portion, adding rocker switches in the flat portion of the console and finish up the interior of it.

Hopefully she’s back in the driveway for Friday beers and circles. Lol

Old pics of console, because posts without pics are lame.
