Check this Miller link out. Gives a cool simple tip for those building cages in non-convertable vehicles that want fully welded 360 deg welds in areas you can't weld all the way round the tube. Just saw this on OFN so I'm posting it here. Would work great for pickup truck cabs, suburbans, and 76' and later K5's. Whole saw holes in the floor right adjacent to the mounting location and drop the cage thru the floor, weld the top of the tubes and raise it back up and in place, weld the holes in the floor up and carry on, simple!

I came from the Datsun scene and this is a must do for cage building. Not much room in car to work with and this is a lifesaver! makes it easy to paint too!
