First we sold a CK5 member from Hawaii (you know who you are) a 14 bolt cover and he gave us this idea and it really made sense.
When you swap an axle you always have to find a way to remount the rear brake line at the splitter, I have seen lots of people do it every which way and it never seems finished like all the rest of the work. We made a little bracket to mount the splitter on, we don't drill a hole in it so it will fit an axle up to any existing brake line.
If you have a truss we can bend it the other way, Very simple and inexpensive ($12), so far only available for D44, D60, & 14 Bolt axles.
The second thing we have come up with is also pretty simple and easy setup to use when mounting Coilsprings, So far we have only made the retainers for the TJ coils since you can get them in so many variations of height and flex they end up being used on everything. But, there hasn't really been a easy way to tie down the pigtail. This is the answer......5.5" 1/4" disk, 3" X 3/8" disk (to give you options), 3/4" x 3" bolt with locknut, and the basic star with 3 25 degree bends to give it some "traction" on the tail itself. For a fair $44 a pair!
Just a couple of new ideas to make your day easier......
