A little help with some muscle

Having a fast nova is like having a fat girlfriend. Yeah, she can f!ck, but she still ain't pretty enough to show off to your buddies.

Personally, I like cars that have been modified with newer, better stuff. I'm tired of looking at chevelles with perfect bodies, thousands in paint and chromed small blocks just about everywhere I go. Now build a forced induction LS-1 for it, and make it handle like something other than a pig and that's mostly cool (cooler if it was a le mans). Drag only cars are pretty much worthless in my book, to impress me it has to handle the twisties as well.

But, you're not building a car for me. And maybe I like camaros (second gen more than first), and I just wanted to stir the pot a little bit...

Wanna buy a GMC Syclone? I've got one for sale, but it won't be as easy to get into the 9s...

My Firebird was built for the drags, but can handle pretty well since it is fully caged. The chassis is really stiff. The only things that hurt me are the 90/10 drag shocks, and front runners, take that stuff off and I can keep up whit quite a few cars in the corners. I can still keep up with the little imports that are meant for corners, then blow them away on the straight away /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

ROTFLMFAO!!!!!!! /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif /forums/images/icons/tongue.gif /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif Oh man... if a Nova is that I would hate hear what you think of a Chevette /forums/images/icons/wink.gif

I understand the whole hi-tech deal and that, but again I'm really tired of a stock LS1 or whatever in whatever car. Has been done way too many times. At least mod it up... the first couple were pretty cool... now it is just the bandwagon to jump on IMO. Now if someone used an LS1 to setup their own custom FI w/ a ecm like a Haltech, and added heads, cam, etc. Now that would be pretty slick. Handling is nice, but I kinda feel like when I drive a muscle car it should handle a bit different... kinda like my truck. If I wanna take curves at 90 then get a vette, but that is IMO.

Hey Mikey, sorry I havent got you those pics yet. My sister is going to take them for me tonight, so I will have them up either late tonight, or tommorow.

Cool... no huge rush... been looking local and doing a lot of little things on the K5 of late. As soon a s you get them posted l;et me know. Very interested in the "weak" or questional areas. Also any close ups of the quarters, flo9ors, and lower corners of the front and back windows would be appriciated. thanks

The only weak area is right behind the rear window. You know the panel between the window and the trunk lid. Other than that, everything is rust free and in good shape. Floors look brand new. The original carpet is still in there. I pulled it up a little to look and its all good. Like I said it started out as a Southern Cali car, then came here, then sat in a garage.
