good, get 'em started early and often, and maybe when they become teenagers you can still have a good relationship...worked with my father and i

Yes I am very lucky...The best part about it was after he got out he went over to his electric J**P and opened the hood and tried to climb in to work on it..My wife and I were bustin up..Dan

Way too cool!!! My helper still needs some work - she prefers dragging all the tools off and putting them in old WalMart bags/forums/images/icons/crazy.gif

man that just about makes ya want to burst doesn't it? /forums/images/icons/cool.gif (let me guess your doing a TBI conversion)

who's who??/forums/images/icons/laugh.gif/forums/images/icons/wink.gif
never too young to learn

Actually it wasn't the TBI conversion..That got put on hold for a while..I bought a second K5 for a trail rig..I have to redo the top end the guy sucked a valve.. We were just cleaning the block to put the new heads on. So he was able to help with that ...LOL

Reminds me of myself about 12-13 years ago. I got a screwdriver for my 3rd or 4th birthday and all the doorknobs in the house were loose the next day./forums/images/icons/smile.gif

when i was little and i couldn't go to sleep or wouldn't shut up my dad would take me out to his 76 k10 and show me all the stuff he did to it and tell me about the parts and his engine, i guess it worked cuz now i'm 17 and i eat sleep and breathe chevy trucks.

good lookin' young lad! As the proud papa, you are doing him a service showing him the Chevrolet Way!

my helper put me on the couch tonight/forums/images/icons/crazy.gif/forums/images/icons/frown.gif

At least he's not afraid of getting his hands dirty. Every time my daughter picks up a greasy wrench, she wants to go wash her hands.

<font color=blue> Thank you for NOY letting another child grow up to be a mechanical idiot ! All my friends are stupid when it comes to working on cars ................ their Dad's never taught them like you will.

That's really great......kinds melts your heart to see stuff like that!!! /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

I am playing a joke on him..He took the picture I am using from my URL.. So I changed it... Wounder when he is going to notice it...LOL

Hey dan don't forget to tell him that under the jeep is chevy powered inside....mike

I was wandering how long it would take for you to notice that. Got rid of it last night, only used it a few times to see if it would work or not.
