If memory serves, this is a conversion hanger to put a one ton width perched axle under a 73-80 blazer. Only reason to do it would be to get the narrower perch width with the one ton axle and not having to redo perches. Some advantages and some disadvantages.

I want a set of those set up for a standard K5. Right now I have my axle 1.5" back with a block and my other choice is 4" back by reversing my 56's. I'd love to have the option to move it back somewhere between the two, maybe 2.5" or so.

Have you ever considered sponsoring a truck? :D

What year frame do you have? If memory serves its an 81-87 blazer frame. I did something like that for Mrk5. Not sure if they were standard perch spacing or the one ton though.

Excellent memory my friend, I have an 87 frame.

I'll have to see what we did for mrk5 and see if its applicable.

You're killing me with this and the dash... I'm going to have to see if I have any spare parts left to sell. :doah:

John, Kert fabbed a set of these for me. I have not installed them, but they are for an 89 frame with 1ton spring spacing. Maybe you can take a look at them in the near future.
